THE FINAL DAY
This is the last day before the a good chunk of the fandom is gonna be pissed.
If we find out the Doctor’s name, people will be upset. If we don’t, a whole other bunch of people will be upset.
God forbid someone gets kissed.
I think it’s pretty safe to say that no matter what happens in The Name of the Doctor, a lot of people are going to be upset.
So in these last hours, let’s all just treasure this moment of peace. And when the episode airs, I can only hope that we can all get along amicably. Opinions will be flying left, right and centre, so let’s try not to maim anyone or freak the fuck out on anyone who disagrees with your personal opinion.

Eleventh Doctor cosplay completed. Expect pictures soon. =)
The making of my Eleventh Doctor wig. I used an old wig I’ve had since January of 2011. It wasn’t in the best shape so I wasn’t worried about messing it up. I purchased the wig from Vogue Wigs. [I highly suggest checking them out.] Wig brand is Forever Young, style is flaunt. However they don’t seem to carry this wig anymore.
After giving the wig a good wash I went ahead and put in the curlers. After they were in I sprayed “Hair U Wear Curl Up Curl Enhancing Spray”. It’s a hairspray made for wigs, which I ordered last summer from Vogue Wigs when I did my River Song crossplay. I also used a bit of L.A. Looks mega hold gel. You can get that product pretty much anywhere. Then I went ahead and cut the hair. I was disappointed when I took the curlers out because they didn’t do very much.
So I went ahead and gave the now cut wig another wash, and put slightly smaller curlers in using the same hairspray and gel. Then I let the wig sit for the night. [Not pictured.]
In the morning when the wig was dry, I went ahead and put a disposable shower cap over the curlers and turned a hairdryer on low for about five minutes. Enough to get the hair hot, but not sticky. Then I left the wig alone until it cooled. This time when I took the rollers out, I was satisfied with the finished product.
And that’s how I made my wig.
All I need to do now for my eleventh Doctor costume is to cut my wig. I put the curlers in today, so I should be able to cut it tomorrow. Awesome. =)
Had an eye exam on Monday. My prescription changed again. My eyesight has improved. I was really surprised.

And that’s that. I don’t use any of those watercolor tubes anymore, as I’ve replaced them each with higher quality tubes, so I thought: why not give them away? And I like the fountain pen I’ve been using so much that I think I’d like someone else to try it, too. I’ve also replaced the three brushes I’ve included here, so I don’t need those, either. And a drawing for good measure.
